Life is a one-way trip. My buddy Arturo said that. He is coming all the way from Bogota, to ride shotgun across the American West in my 2005 LX470. Its time to do this before final decent. 

The Red Clay Rally West is a thousand-mile invite-only off-road rally from Colorado to Las Vegas; no highways, no support trucks, no cell service, no hotels. We navigate by coordinate across the Rockies, Utah slickrock, the Arizona desert, and the Mojave before rolling into Vegas. (if we make it)

CCS Outfitters is my brand, and the reality is my accountant would like to see it generate some revenue. So, I put together a few supporter tiers for friends, family, and anyone who has a business and wants some content out of the deal.

The Trip

The Red Clay Rally West is a coordinate-based off-road rally across the American West. Teams navigate by GPS coordinate, earn points for reaching checkpoints, and make camp wherever the day ends. No cell service for most of it. No mechanics on call. Just the truck, the terrain, and whatever you brought.

Before that, we are headed to Silverton, Colorado for Cruisers on the Rockies III — a four-day Land Cruiser trail event in the San Juan Mountains. July 27–31.

Three weeks. Two events. A lot of miles.

The Expedition Log

Every day on the trail we will file a report. Trail conditions, camp, weather, what broke, what held up, where we slept, what we ate, how far we got. Real notes from the road written the same day.

Supporters get access to every entry as it posts, the full journey from Silverton through the Rockies, across Utah, down through Arizona, and into the Mojave. You follow along as it unfolds.

Your decal goes on the truck and makes the whole trip. Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Las Vegas

What You Get

• Your decal on the truck for the full run — Crockies III and RCR West
• CCS t-shirt or one social post with your product or logo
• Full access to the Expedition Log — daily field reports from both events

Content Sponsor $250

Prominent logo placement on the truck. windows, door, or rear,  we'll work it out. Across both events you get 3 to 5 social posts with your product in the frame, a written review you can quote and repost, and all raw image files delivered within two weeks of the Las Vegas finish.

Good for enthusiast outdoor, overlanding, or lifestyle brands that need authentic content they didn't have to go shoot themselves.

Title Sponsor $600

Your brand is attached to the whole thing. Every post, every piece of content, every recap references you by name. Largest placement on the truck. 8 to 10 posts across both events. A full review published on ccsoutfitters.com. All image and video files delivered after the trip. First right of refusal on future CCS events.

Good for brands that want more than a logo placement and are looking for a longer relationship.

How It Works
